Important Rental Guidelines and Details:
Each rental box is available from a Thursday to Monday, allowing you to schedule Friday late afternoon possible - Sunday shoots. *We can not promise UPS am delivery on Friday, so we suggest booking for Saturday-Sunday.
Need to know:
-Cost for rental box is $600 plus shippingYou get 5 dresses, and 2 boy outfits for this price.
-Indoor shoots only to ensure the pristine condition of our dresses and designs.
-No food or drink allowed near the rental box or during the shoots to prevent any potential damage.
-Rental period is non-refundable once your desired time slot is booked.(Read below for more details)
-This is a traveling Rental Box, that will go from photographer to photographer.
-Each Rental Box will be $600 plus shipping fee
-We must have at least 5 orders per Rental Box to make each Rental Box happen.
-Sizes in this box include: 2/3, 4/5, 6/7, 8/10, and 12. The boys sizes will be 4/5 and 6/7 that will fit up to a size 8. Boys outfits are pants and jacket that ties up in the back. Using the same materials as the dress. We will have images as soon as we can, but it will not be till after 8.23.23
-Nutcracker Hats will not be included.
-MUST be part of our Facebook Group @Stellamaris to take part in this rental box oppertunity.
-If you are not in our Facebook Group, and or order this Rental Box without being a photographer, you will not get a refund.
How it Works:
-This Rental Box will have its own FB Post Thread (in our Group) as well. You are required to tag the next person in line for that Rental Box.
-We will email you the packing slip by Sunday afternoon, making it easy for you to drop off the box at your nearest UPS location that following Monday.
-After your shoot, carefully pack all the designs back into the box and make note (take pictures) of any damage, if any damage occurred during the rental period message us directly via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org asap.
-Tag the next person you'll be shipping the Rental Box to in the Stella Maris Group on FB. Search for the "Rental Box Post" that pertains to your box once you have the UPS receipt with the tracking code.
-Providing a picture of the tracking code is required for the next client, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. Tag them with that image.
If you are late in shipping the Rental Box you will be charged a $100 late charge for every day that we have not received a tracking photo via FB. Price includes shipping to you and to the next person. The day before the return shipping date you will receive a shipping label via email.
*Rental dates are for Thursday through Sunday, shipping back Monday. Due to possible delays with the mail we ask that you schedule your shoot for a Saturday or Sunday just in case there is a delay. We are not responsible for any delays with the UPS postal service.
*If items come to you damage we ask that you email us right away.
*Code FREESHIP is not to be used for this rental box. If it is used we will charge you for the shipping.
No Refunds unless the following happens**If we (at Stella Maris) do not receive 5 or more orders for this Rental Box before August 22nd we will refunding those who ordered it, and will not be making this into a Rental Box.
