Refund policy
Returns
As all products are made to order, returns will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Quality items and great customer service are our top priority. Please contact us with any concerns regarding your order so we can work it out.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us so we can get you a shipping label. Exchanges (if applicable) will only be accepted within one week from delivery date no exceptions. Item that has been delivered would have to be shipped and received before a replacement is shipped.
Refunds
No refunds will be given unless we at Stella Maris Couture decide a refund is required. It will be at our full discretion if we ever submit a refund. Please make sure you are fully aware of this policy before making any purchases. We take pride in our work, and make sure to go above and beyond with our designs and public relations.
