Shipping policy

Turnaround time for pre-orders is currently 8-10 weeks. Each drop is different, so please double check the turn around time as they may very.

Ready-to-ship items will ship 1-5 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the listing.

Please note the turnaround time for each listing before purchasing. At times the ship date may be different. Always go by the ship date assigned to each design. 

We will only be responsible for shipping to the address given on Shopify at time of purchase. If address is wrong, you have 24 hours from time purchase to email us with the correct address change. Then and only then will be change the original address given to the one in the email.  

Email is required, no Facebook message or IG message accepted for this change. We do this because as a business it's easy to have messages lost on social media platforms. Emails are much more reliable and traceable. Thank you for understanding these policy. We appreciate each and every one of you for support Stella Maris. 

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier. Optional coverage is available through Route+ at the time of purchase.
